"The heart is made to carry love, fill it with anything else, and it becomes unbearable. Love is light, hate is heavy."
Literacy is the core of our existence. Join me on this very important journey today.
As you go through the coming week, ask yourself this question, what would life be like without knowledge.
Would you settle with the not knowing, or would you be on the quest for knowledge?
Encourage the kiddos to write about their favorite Christmas moments! How can we make this Christmas even better?
Early childhood literacy is a movement I am passionate about.
While summer is fun and perhaps is a great time for outdoor activities and travelling, ensuring that your child reading skills and literacy level stays above par, is essential. Upon their return to school, they should continue on their journey to academic excellence. Doing so requires consistency. Hopefully, they are getting in that 15 minutes of reading time.
I am a firm believer that literacy at an early age makes all the difference. Encouraging your kids to read at least 15 minutes on a daily basis is imperative to not only their academic discipline, but also to their vocabulary.
